Four rules we don’t break.

01 Start with the work, not the model. We study how a process really runs before we write a line of code. Most failures are understanding failures.
02 A person signs off on what matters. Agents should earn autonomy step by step, with humans setting the limits and owning the outcome.
03 You own everything we build. Code, infrastructure, prompts and evaluations transfer to you. No lock-in, no per-seat rent.
04 Tell the truth, even when it costs us. If off-the-shelf software or a simple rule is the better answer, we’ll say so.
