Four kinds of work, all of them bespoke. If an off-the-shelf tool already does the job properly, we will say so.
The software your operation actually needs and no vendor sells: admin consoles, client portals, quoting and booking tools, inventory and job tracking, dashboards that show the numbers you really manage by. Built around your terminology and your rules, not a template's.
The path work takes through your company — intake, approvals, handoffs, scheduling, chasing, reporting. We map how it runs today, design the shortest version that still satisfies your real constraints, and build it so exceptions reach a person instead of quietly dying.
Most companies already own the pieces; they just do not talk. We connect the tools you pay for, reconcile the records that disagree, and give you one version of the truth — instead of five spreadsheets that get manually squared at month end.

A component, not the product
We use language models inside a system where the work genuinely needs judgement — reading messy documents, triaging free-text requests, summarising, drafting a first pass for a person to approve. Used there, they are excellent.
They are not a substitute for a well-designed system. Most of what makes custom software valuable is unglamorous: the right data model, sane permissions, validation, and error handling that still works at 3am. We build that part first, then add a model where it earns its place — with guardrails, an evaluation set and a cost ceiling.
If a rule, a form or a database constraint solves it, that is what you will get. It is cheaper, faster and it does not drift.
Who we are
We are a systems consultancy in Hong Kong. We work with teams whose operation has outgrown its spreadsheets, and who would rather own the software that runs it than keep paying rent on someone else's platform.
That means we write down how your work actually happens — including the workarounds nobody mentions in meetings — build the smallest system that removes the worst of it, and hand you the keys.
