Why we exist
The usual path is a stack of subscriptions. Each one solves a slice of the problem, none of them knows about the others, and the glue holding it together lives in one person's head and a spreadsheet. It works until pricing changes, the vendor drops a feature, or that person leaves.
We take the opposite approach. We build a small number of systems that fit how your business actually works — in your own cloud accounts, in ordinary languages and frameworks your team can hire for. Fewer features than a platform, all of them yours, and none of them a compromise with somebody else's business model.
When the engagement ends you have the code, the infrastructure definitions, and documentation written for whoever comes next.
That is the whole proposition: you should not need us in order to keep running.
How we work
Not values on a wall — the rules we actually argue about when a project gets difficult.
Building software around a broken process just makes it fail faster and in more places. We watch the work happen first, and sometimes the honest answer is to delete a step.
One real workflow in production beats six months of specification. You should be able to judge our work with your own data within weeks.
If you cannot read it, you cannot own it. Ordinary code, ordinary infrastructure, written to be handed over from the first commit.
Every system will hit something it cannot handle. Ours escalate to a person with context attached, rather than failing silently and being discovered a month later.
Sometimes a product does the job for a fraction of a custom build. We would rather tell you that and keep the relationship than bill for the wrong project.
We document as we go and train the people who will live with the system. A handover that needs us on retainer is not a handover.
Of what we build is handed over — code, infrastructure and documentation.
Typical time from first conversation to a working first version of your system, running on real data.
Based in Hong Kong, working with clients across Asia Pacific and beyond.
Proprietary runtimes, per-seat licences, or anything else you could not take elsewhere.
Working with us
You tell us how the work happens today — spreadsheets, workarounds and all. We ask a lot of questions and give you our honest read, including whether it is worth building at all. No charge, no deck.
We sit with the people doing the job, map what really happens, and measure where the time goes. You get that map whether or not you continue — it is useful on its own.
We pick the single worst process and build that part of the system end to end, running on real data in your own accounts. From there you decide whether to widen it — with evidence rather than a promise.
The first conversation costs nothing and usually saves you from building the wrong thing.
